Mr. Jennings attended the College of William and Mary and the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar and is licensed to practice in all Virginia state courts. He has been appointed and continues to serve as a Commissioner in Chancery. Before going to law school, Mr. Jennings served as a Virginia State Police Officer.
